By using ancho hardware, software, or this website, you agree to these terms.

Product use

ancho is a navigation aid, not a substitute for proper seamanship, chart reading, or local regulations. Always verify anchorage conditions independently. You are responsible for safe operation of your vessel.

Pre-orders

Pre-order deposits and pricing are confirmed at checkout. Estimated shipping is early 2027; we will notify you of any material changes. Refund terms for pre-orders are provided at the time of purchase.

App licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the ancho app with compatible hardware. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the software.

Warranty & liability

Hardware is covered by our limited warranty as stated in your order confirmation. To the extent permitted by law, ancho is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
